I begin by analyzing the learners’ strengths and taking note of any gaps in their knowledge. I then collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to determine the most effective and appropriate path to meet the learner’s needs.

After determining learner objectives and performance outcomes I design documents, storyboards, and prototypes to increase learner knowledge and retention with end goals in mind.

I develop engaging and relevant learning experiences with a variety of tools, instructional practices, and delivery modalities. WIth feedback and revisions, I aim to develop materials to help learners best achieve their goals.
